Derby attracted £1bn of investment in the past five years and the next wave of Derby’s renaissance has already begun. Priority developments have been outlined by Derby City Council in their Regeneration Framework Plan.
The city centre regeneration framework outlines Derby’s vision for investment in the city centre which is the driver of Derby’s economy and the heart of Derby’s cultural life.
The purpose of the framework is to identify priorities areas and propose developments to ensure the high quality of built and natural environment reinforces Derby’s unique identity.
Office developments and retail & leisure opportunities are the priorities in this document to further expand Derby’s reputation as a city on the up.
