Local developer, The Sadler Gate Company, is bringing forward properties in Derby city centre to refurbish upper-floor spaces into modern residences as well as ground floor business units, situated amongst the independent retailers, bars and restaurants of the historic Cathedral Quarter and in up-and-coming streets close to the £200m Becketwell development.
Marketing Derby has supported the company with access to local funding, networking opportunities and introductions to key local stakeholders.
We have been wanting to invest in the city and by bringing forward both residential and commercial properties we are able to bring footfall to the city centre as well as create employment opportunities. Through the Marketing Derby network, we have been able to find out more about the city’s ambitions and development pipeline and consider larger, more ambitious projects.
