MIPIM 2025
From 11-12 March 2025, representatives from Team Derby’s public and private sectors will be attending the MIPIM global real estate exhibition in Cannes, France, to showcase investment opportunities in Derby and mark the opening of the new £45million 3,500-capacity city centre performance venue and a revamped Market Hall, following a £35 million transformation.

UKREiiF 2025
After a successful UKREiiF in 2024, Team Derby will once again be in Leeds for the 2025 edition from 20-21 May, hosting a range of activities including an expert panel in the Royal Armouries, roundtables and one-to-one meetings, plus working with partners across the East Midlands Combined County Authority to showcase the wider offer of our region.

Derby Property Summit 2025
The Derby Property Summit is the largest investment and regeneration event in the Midlands, bringing together local and regional property and investment communities in a lively mix of thought leadership and investment pipeline updates.
Hosted by broadcast journalist, Declan Curry, keynotes in previous years have included speakers from the British Property Federation, Estates Gazette, Centre for Cities and the Association of Town and City Management providing expert insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the property and place-shaping sector.
