MIPIM
In March 2024, representatives fromTeam Derby’s public and private sectors attended the MIPIM global real estate exhibition in Cannes, France, to showcase investment opportunities in Derby.
A key focus was on Derby city centre and this year’s theme was “2025 – Derby’s ‘olympic’ year”, with investors learning about the major city centre developments which are set to come online next year, including a new £45million 3,500-capacity performance venue, and a revamped Market Hall, which is undergoing a £35 million transformation.
Team Derby will be attending MIPIM 2025, set to take place between 10-14 March. More details to be announced late 2024.
Derby at UKREiiF 2024
After a successful UKREiiF in 2024, which saw Team Derby host a range of activities including a panel in the Midlands Engine Pavilion, roundtables and one-to-one meetings, our public-private partnership will be in Leeds again in 2025.
The Derby Property Summit
The Derby Property Summit is the largest investment and regeneration event in the midlands, bringing together local and regional property and investment communities in a lively mix of thought leadership and investment pipeline updates.
